1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cars & Buyers Marketplace ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Cars & Buyers Marketplace is a peer-to-peer platform that connects private vehicle owners with prospective buyers. We provide listing tools, messaging, and discovery features. We are not a dealer, broker, or vehicle sales company. We do not buy, sell, or take ownership of any vehicles listed on the Platform.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to list vehicles, send messages, or make offers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

4. Listing Guidelines

All listings are subject to review and approval by our team. You agree to provide accurate descriptions, genuine photographs, and honest representations of vehicle condition. Misrepresentation, fraudulent listings, or illegal content will result in removal and potential account suspension.

5. Transactions Between Users

All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. Cars & Buyers Marketplace is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee the completion, quality, or legality of any sale. We strongly recommend using escrow services for payment protection and obtaining independent vehicle inspections before purchase.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to: post false or misleading listings; harass, threaten, or abuse other users; engage in fraud or illegal activity; scrape or harvest data from the Platform; or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Cars & Buyers name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. Content you submit (photos, descriptions) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the Platform for the purpose of facilitating your listing.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
